80ft Barge to complete

What the owners have done to this barge is great. You walk into a lovely airy large (approx 10ft x 12ft) wheelhouse - windows all round - a great place to sit and enjoy life on the canals. There are two bedrooms - one with combi boiler in - this feeds the radiators that are placed. This barge is unusual as it is on three levels. From the wheelhouse you go down a small flight of steps which takes you to the engine room, housing a Lister JA6 engine and also a small utility room which needs finishing but already has a toilet and wash hand basin in situ.Back up the flight of stairs is the galley with everything in that you could want and also lots of storage and working surfaces - a must for a woman on a barge. A coridoor leads you from the galley - s/bd side - with the two bedrooms leading off. Forward is a large space incorporating the original crews quarters which does need finishing but this could be either a large living area, workshop or whatever you want it to be.Bathroom has full size bath - Barge was chain steering which has been dismantled,there is also the option of hydraulic steering. Safety certificate June 2013. There is also a possibility of a mooring in West Yorkshire.
